Inventive Sleep, Inc. Adds Two Key Team Members

NAPERVILLE, IL – Sleep Products Innovator, Tracy Laskowski Miller, CEO and Founder of Inventive Sleep, a design and marketing company focused on creating wellness experiences that lead to a better night’s sleep, is expanding the team with the addition of Maggie Hellermann, as Director of Operations & Corporate Strategy, and Macie McCallum as Public Relations Manager.

As Director of Operations & Corporate Strategy, Maggie Hellermann will have a direct impact as the company executes on its growth plans, and will be focusing on strategic, financial and business planning strategies. Prior to joining Inventive Sleep, Maggie has held variety of senior management and leadership roles at Northwestern Mutual, Quinlan Financial Group, Donna Mondi Interior Design, and Katiebug Therapy. “We are committed to the growth of our team, and the experiences we love to create,” said Miller. “I’m so excited for Maggie to join the Inventive Sleep team. Her integrated operational and financial experience will allow us to capitalize on our brand experiences, and help us to continue to innovate and grow into new categories.”

Macie McCallum will be responsible for social media content programs across various digital media channels, along with public relations strategies and tactics that enhance the brand awareness of Inventive Sleep products. In addition, she will help overall brand development and messaging in the marketplace. Macie graduated with distinction from The Media School at Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism-public relations and a minor in marketing from the IU Kelley School of Business. “Macie’s wide variety of experience in public relations from financial services, to music, to consumer goods offers a unique perspective to the team,” said Miller. “Her talents are sure to help Inventive Sleep engage and build our reputation as a trusted brand in the head and hearts of our consumers!”
